Hamilton Development SJ started as a home construction company in Grand Bay in early 2020. Since then, we’ve expanded to include redemption centres and self-storage facilities as of 2023. At Grand Bay Self Storage, we’re proud to offer premium self-storage solutions to the Grand Bay-Westfield/Saint John area. Since our grand opening in October 2022, we’ve become the most cost-effective option in the region.

Our clean, convenient, climate-controlled storage facilities are designed to give you peace of mind and make storage easy. We offer a range of amenities, including 24/7 camera surveillance, a fenced and code-locked gate system, complimentary carts and dollies, bright lighting, and extra-wide driveways for easy truck access and maneuverability.   • Our sizes range from 5x10’ all the way to 10x20’ with prices starting as low as $102/4 Weeks for climate controlled spaces. We have recently added non-climate controlled storage shipping container spaces ranging from 7.5 x 9.5’ to 7.5 x 19.5’ and start at $130/4 Weeks.   • We offer a combination of climate controlled and non climate controlled units. The climate controlled units include a heated floor to ensure your documents and things are safe from the elements 365 days of the year.

  • We offer outdoor storage for items such as trailers, RV’s, etc. on a case by case basis depending on item size.

    Items such as trailers and RVs are generally stored and paid on 6 month periods (Summer/Winter) basis.
